I downloaded it earlier today on my iPhone. Seems to work great. I haven't had any issues.

Awesome!

Here's the iPhone link:

I'm sure Fiddlerman will make an announcement on the front page soon.  Happy downloading everyone!

Here's a note for Android users, it may not apply to all of you out there.

My phone is one of the first Droids, and I 'rooted' it, and it's overclocked to about 1.32 Mhz and of course I have a lot of "stuff" onn it.

I was not able to download the app from the QR code shown on the first post, but I used the QR Scanner from the market then too.

It would only show me a file mgr program and nothing else would happen, so… through trial & error I found a generic "bar code scanner" that did read it, and actually asked if I wanted to "open browser", "Share via e-mail", or "Share via SMS", I went to the browser and then it did an automatic download of it to my SD Card, and it went pretty easy. But…

after the download it doesn't install automatically. Since the location is NOT the android marketplace, my permissions prevented the download intially so I had to change them to allow third party downloaded apps. After going thru that part. I had to use the Astro file mgr and go to the root directory where a file labeled "Fiddlerman" was found. I clicked on it and it asked if I wanted to install, of course click yes and go from there. Took about a minute or two tops.

I was even able to use the shoutbox as well and sent a couple of messages while Sone was there to test it… not bad… not bad at all… a little tough to get figured out but it works fine, and I have a current version of adobe flash 10 installed and updated so I can watch vids etc. with ease.

thumbs-upthumbs-up two thumbs up Sone….

I believe the newer Android operating systems (Ice Cream Sandwich) has the option under settings to accept non-android market apps.

On my Droid Razr:

Menu->Settings->Applications->Unknown Sources (Allow installation of non-market applications)

Once you have that option checked, the QR code posted earlier works just fine.  That is, once you've downloaded a QR reader! lol  If you have Verizon, the "Verizon ID" app doesn't work!

The only problem I've had with the FM app is the required permissions.  I have data management & malware protection apps that don't sit well with it.  frown  I'll have to try a few different configurations……or maybe just get some new apps and reinstall FM!  But then again, on the 4G LTE Network on my phone, the regular site loads well!

From what I've seen, it's basically everything that's on Fiddlerman.com but designed to be fluid and easy to access from a mobile device!

Not everything. There is quite a lot missing. Maybe in the future.crossedfingers
One problem is the shoutbox another is Flash. I wish I had someone who wanted to rewrite all my tools and games with HTML5…. The shout-box is another problem. Thousands of queries at once can force the database to crash or restart and that happened a lot when I hosted my own shout-box. For now Chatango is a good solution.

Yep, move away from flash and the iPhones can use the toys.
