They're good with bright colors however their fondness for the violin has been steadily decreasing since we started living together!

Oh, it's not upsetting.  It's the greatest weapon in my arsenal when it comes to the Battle of the Noise.  Asking them (and their guests) to please, please, please be somewhat quiet at 2 in the morning when I am trying to sleep was not working.  Playing without the mute and then saying I would move my practice time to 6 am when I woke up fixed it.  They've never forced me to follow through on that promise.  >:)

Maybe I'll just go to CafePress.com for this project.

I have a cafepress.com/fiddlerman account but I haven't used it and all the stuff that I had done is gone now except for one t-shirt. Whatever you do I can upload to cafepress. That way it would actually get done. :-)

Is this nice?

Would cost me $16 each. Sounds a little steep to me. Maybe an iron-on patch would be better.

Maybe if that grapic was on the back, centered. And... then maybe just the web address on the front left pocket area.... I'd buy one in gray for $18.00 medium, short sleeve.thumbs-up

I like cdennyb's idea with the graphic on back, centered, etc.  I'd get one in gray or maybe light blue. coffee

I am not sure how to reduce the size of this image on this forum, but here's something I put together...  Custom texture, lighting and typeface. Easily scaled for a T Shirt graphic. I'm a graphics designer.. Two jobs right now.. Whew.  Any how, let me know what you think!  It's a eye catcher for sure.. Going with the "Keep Calm And Carry On" theme from WWII.. And the use of the concept is not under any copyright.   Thanks,  MdrummerkeepcalmFM.jpgImage Enlarger

ShirtFront.jpgImage EnlargerOk this is a very poorly 'chopped and darkened (would rather have it on a plain red, than maroon) image to give an idea about the way it would sit on a shirt.  For reference use the actual image above.  This is just for ideas :)

Thanks,

I'd go with "Keep Calm and Fiddle On" myself but I love your design.  According to the All-Knowing Wiki, it is currently public domain although there are companies out there trying to trademark it.

Thanks! I like "play on" a bit more, personally.. The words seem a bit more balanced.  But I get the fiddler thingcool.. And gotta love the whole public domain thing.

Its been a blast making this thing though.  It's a cool concept that isn't nerdy, advertises the website and certainly is a looker.

Hah!  I see what you mean.  Visually, it does look more balanced.  (I guess that's what a graphic artist is good at, huh?)

I love the idea either way and it looks really sharp.

Thank ya.  Well, those are my two entries to the contest.  FM, for the shirt graphic I would send you the final copy in whatever format/size you think is best, and with a slightly different light burst behind the typeface.  That will allow for it to be on a shirt without having darkened borders.  This can also be done in any color.
