Thought I'd post what we all wish for our friends in Florida.

wow doing great :D I wasn't wanting to tackle the E string at 5 weeks. The only thing I see is relaxing you're right wrist a bit so it you have a bit more movement in the wrist as you move your arm back and forth. This will ensure you bow straight along the strings and don't have the subtle (or not so subtle depending on what your playing)  arc along the strings. Over all I say great job. Once you get comfortable and relax a bit more in your body you'll be fiddling with the best of them :D

Ty @RockingLR33 .

Rightside in total (straight, bow bouncing), works well when I don't try to get the left working, when the left comes into play, ehh.  Getting there.

First thing in Suzuki is Twinkle, on the A and E, so I didn't have a choice.  Sometimes, when changing to the E, it just squeals (teeth hurting squeals, like Sweet Tea :) ).  I attribute that to the... right hand..  Gotta just....

Relax...  Yes mam, I have to learn to play it like I stole it...

@JamesRSmithJr 5 weeks, that is great! Agreed with @RockingLR33 , my bow also wanders by various angles on the strings as I play. I find a mirror helps me to choose the right line. Great start!

Well done at 5 weeks in @JamesRSmithJr !

I make no critique other than you have got off to a great start hats_off- you will get better and better as you become more-at-one-with-the-instrument, and you will LOVE the results...... ( it's a never-ending journey of improvement, technique, new tunes to learn etc etc... )

Once Irma is past, he will catch up and I am sure he will give you your badge! I am still way far away from any badges! I have to give you a tip of the hat for your courage!

@Cearbhael   Not sure who I heard say it (maybe Heifetz), but it is true;"We all make mistakes, revel in them"

We all sound terrible at times, especially when we begin...  Heck I have heard Perlman squeaking away :)

Play it like ya stole it....

Love your profile pic, but I am a cat person at heart...

@JamesRSmithJr Thank you! She is a little Lilac Siamese that weighs 5 lbs soaking wet! She is my sweetheart, my lap cat and my sleeping companion! She basically is my shadow and has me wrapped around her paw!

Appreciate the message Cearbhael, I need the help. No system installed that can help me with that.
