Look at a vid fer bow re-hairing first ...then try to push the ferrel back into possition if you feel comfortable with it ...may need to use a non marring tool like a pop sickle stick
If the wooden wedge under the hair protrudes too much , you can push it back in as well if it was not glued in ...if it gives you any trouble , might consider returning it
