What I like the most is the way some of those players barely hold the violin up yet it is very well balanced. This way they can practice and play for super long periods without getting tired. Great link, thanks.

Sometimes we concentrate too much on things making it more difficult. Ever notice how one drink will help you relax enough to do things easier. However if you have too many it will mess you up royally.
Maybe dancing could keep us more rhythmical.
