Hi -- just came across this site while looking up electric violin reviews.....what a great resource for everything violin!

I'm another late-bloomer, having taken up the violin 10 years ago at the age of 40 (wish I'd done it 35 years sooner.....)  I play 2nd violin with a local community orchestra which is great fun.  Love Scottish fiddle, but haven't quite yet figured out how to work on that, yet.

Looking forward to learning a lot from you all! coffee2

I started to check out the Irish/Scottish/English/Cape Breton forum but soon saw I could lose myself for the whole day in there and I had work to do first 🙂  That's awesome....I'm sure to find some great stuff there....can't wait 🙂

Thanks for all the nice welcomes!
