This one does not show them playing... but you can hear the Violin in it, and it's fitting for this weekend :)

The perfection and beauty of Heifetz on this overwhelmed me this Friday.

Nice posts, thanks @Taper123 and @coolpinkone ( yes, a very moving piece indeed, expertly played - well what else would one expect... ) - enjoyed both of them!

I seriously recommend not copying my mistakes. D'oh - guntohead.JPG

Been a week where I seemed to want to play some nice slow music.   Nice slow ballad.  Here's the sheet music and a video I found on YouTube.

I love your Friday Motivation thread !   And for our EV players here I'll just "@" them them so they don't miss the post - check it out @coolpinkone and @cdennyb  !!!  Get these FX working ! ( kinda looks a bit like one of the Boss units - but many are similar looking I guess )

Friday motivation / inspiration on Sunday.

This video is not an instrumental, but the words and music prompted me to learn the song, (so I did).

The little children's voices made me think of my 2 year old great grandson who lost his mommy in a car crash two weeks ago. I think of him when I hear this song and get welled up. My daughter is trying her best to tell him his mommy's not coming home no more.

Another, Friday motivational on Sunday I learned early this morning.

Fast forward to 3:48. This tune also includes, John Sheahan the Irish fiddler who played with the, "Dubliners".

Enjoy it.

@Taper123 great videos thank you!

@BillyG thank you for the heads up .. That EV was so freaking awesome.

@Fiddlestix oh Ken I can't imagine how your heart breaks... Hearing the children in that video was very touching and soothing but I can't imagine hearing it in a time of loss such as yours.  Sending the best of vibes and condolences.. There just are no words.  (((Hugsssss))))

Sorry to hear of it, Ken.  My sympathies.
