So long story short, I was cooking something yesterday and managed to spill some hot oil on my right hand and suffered some 2nd-degree burns there.  I'm all gauzed up on that hand for now, and the fingers are pretty well roasted which makes me not so able to move my fingers or grip anything particularly well.  I'm more or less all right, though, even if the pain has only half subsided since yesterday...  that said, I don't want to not practice.  I've already got enough things to worry about that I don't want one more problem getting in the way of my already too infrequent practice.  So in order to keep practicing, it means I'm going to have to stick with exercises that exclusively involve the fingering hand for a good few weeks.

I already have a few basics that just involve some timed climbs up and down, as well as slide exercises, but I was curious if anybody had any other suggestions.  Things you can do without necessarily having to make any sound, but still get some practice in.

You could try and do vibrato without bowing.

Trills coming down hard enough on the fingerboard that you can hear the tones drumming. 1-2, 2-3, 3-4 on every string.
Then try 1-3, 1-4 and 2-4.
