So, I just realized that I am humming in my head "red haired boy" fiddle tune almost constantly, subconsciously. I never used to hear real music in my head, just the little voices. Now the voices are gone and the music is there. I am also generally in a better mood than I have been. Dare I say it…..joy has filled my heart once again! shhhh! any ways, I believe one of the tricks to learning a piece of music is to get it into your head. Maybe the little voices learned to fiddle and thats what it is? Any who, its a new experience for me, thought Id share it with yall.

fiddle on- pfish.

My voices keep telling me:

Go ahead…pick up that fiddle.

You don't really need to clean the house today.

That important project for work can wait.

The lawn can be cut next weekend.

Just play a few tunes.

It will only take a few minutes.

You can stop any time.

Ha… great are responses.

I play the songs best that I already know… and I do hear and hum them long after.

I need to quit doing work before violin…what a bad habit to be in.  :)

Happy Weekend to you  All.

The only thing that gets music out of my head is another piece of music. LOL

Today a had a tune stuck in my head and when I turned on the TV there it was the same tune. I figured I might aws well try to play it. Barbara Allen, it's a pretty simple tune.
