hi, im looking a full size good quality violin but i dont know what brands are good or not but is a Cecilio Antique Ebony Violin CVN-500 good?
Good is a combination of quality of materials, workmanship and most importantly sound it produces. Price is no guarantee of any of these things. You literally have a 50/50 shot at good sound with those, and still might have to spend additional money fixing the setup, getting better strings and other accessories. Fiddlerman student fiddles solve many of those concerns.

I know the CVN 500 can be a good violin but at times it's not. Cecilio is a good company and will repair or replace a bad violin. They go for about $200.00 but if you could aford $299.00 I would suggest http://fiddlershop.com/instrum.....iolin.html. Fiddlerman will not let you down and will not sell you a bad violin. Remember he sets them up before shipping them.
