Way to go, Toni. I agree with Pierre on everything. Nice intonation. If you sing along in your head it might help your timing. I wish you weren't so bashful. You looked perfectly fine in your last video. Keep up the good work. You're definitely improving!
I've learned so much from my mistakes that I've decided to make some more.

Thank you everyone. I have practiced pretty good and I think I can do it right now. I used the one with the melody to practice. As I got more comfortable I could listen to FM's accompanying and have it fit better. Thank you again for all the feedback and kindness.

Yep very proud.... I such have a hard time with keeping timing. I'm so used to have a drummer to do all that timing thing. I have a real hard time with click tracks to jam with. I really need a band behind me and sometimes our timing goes way off but when we're together it works great. Ya don't sound like your just playing click clock. Sometimes, when the music I play anyways it's good to slow down or speed up especially when you're really trying to push the mood of a song. But it all depends on the type of music you play and understanding the down beat is very important to build a good foundation. By jamming with FM is how you will really learn. You will learn and understand the mood of the music no matter what style when you jam with other people or even a recording of a song to jam with. I you just practice by a music book alone you will never learn the real feeling of playing music.

CoolPinkOne and FM, this is absolutely awesome! Toni, I know it was a long time ago and you're much better now (though I wish I could be that good); I loved it!
Fiddlerman you're such a sweet, caring person to do these things for people you probably don't even know, although I think you two will meet in January at your SoCal jam? Toni, please think of us newbies when you meet 'the gang' and jam with FM!
I really loved this and Pierre's helpful advice. I can't wait to do this! Thanks Toni for the post way back when!

Hi Linda!
Thank you! When I first joined the forum, I saw Gail jam with Fiddlerman . It became a goal to me since I first saw it. It was really fun to learn Twinkle from the tutorial and then get to play along!
I agree Pierre rocks!!!! Good luck with your playing and thank you again.

Thanks Toni! It is now my goal too, although not immediate. I'm taking this very slowly because I'm quite OCD and I don't want my life, 24 hours a day, to revolve around this. But maybe 2 hours a day, broken into little segments, would be good!
I also watched your recitals and even though you weren't that visible, they were awesome too. You are, as your name implies, a very cool, pink one! I look forward to a great relationship with you.
