My little tune - slow intro, then a kind of reel rhythm.

Hard to think of normal tune names, these days :)

Romantically titled, "I Miss Her Lips, But Not Her Whining."

Played on a KC Strings 5-Star Pro violin, by me, that be Mr Jim.

Great tune, great playing, Mr Jim. You played that reel bowing pattern so clearly and precisely, which made it easier for beginner, like me, to listen to and learn from.

I love the title as well.

That reel rhythm is so hard to pick up.

Great performance and thank you for sharing.

Nice!  Very nice.  That bit of lower range you have available with that 5 string is always a pleasant surprise to hear.

clap roflroflGreat tune, Mr. Jim, very catchy, like a UK hillbilly tune.

My interpretation of it was, in the beginning he was sad to see her go, but after she left,b-slap then let the party begin. dancingparty banana

Now, how about some lyrics to it.

Wonderful Jim! I love the sounds you make with that 5 string. You've made me seriously consider getting one with all your videos.

Thank you for your comments, everyone. As for the title, I don't think it's a good thing to take things too seriously, and I do try to keep all my titles entertaining :)

@suresh - I must get back to my Carnatic practice. Too few hours in the day.

Unless of course I meet some totally rich fiddle-loving chick who will keep me in the style to which I'd like to become accustomed, with a huge recording studio, plus on-site Carnatic violin teacher.

Oh dear, I just woke up :)

Wow, nice.

Nice tune, Jim.  It sounds like a Scottish-Texan song . I love the sound of that 5 string, I really do.
