Hi folks here im posting the first 15 meassures of Schindler's list. Boy is it a difficult piece. There some intonation issues and bow distribution to fix but other than that im happy with my first attempt 😀
Hope you guys enjoy it.
There's nothing better than a cold beer and the warm soothing sound of a violin.
Oopps.. I posted this on the wrong thread... 🙂
reposting to the correct location. 🙂
@JuanFiddler I am so happy that you put this up for us to see. What a beautiful work in the making. You played it lovely... and I know you will make this even more beautiful.
Do you feel that.. hum.. how do I say this. That there are times in our lives when certain music calls to us? Maybe it feels more personal? I don't know exactly what I am asking but do you get what I mean.
Anyway.. it seems to me like the perfect song for you to be learning and I am off to listen to it again. I am happy you are playing violin. It inspires me so.
Vibrato Desperato.... Desperately seeking vibrato
Oh, WOW, that's fantastic for a start! You've definitely got talent! I'm confident taht not too long from now you'll be able to play the entire piece.
It's easy to play any musical instrument: all you have to do is touch the right key at the right time and the instrument will play itself. Johann S.Bach
First let me say that was very beautiful playing. Nice intonation, dynamics and use of vibrato. You are doing great, keep up the good work.
Now a question. I would like to learn to play this piece. Is the sheet music available for download ? Or will I have to purchase it ? If it's available for download, great, however, i don't mind purchasing sheet music either.
