Hi everyone, here I am dealing with a technical issue that is taking sometime to be worked in, finger flexibility. I started with this exercise a few days ago. In my experience it's been a bit ugly because the pencil would slip through my fingers lol. But I'm doing what I can to improve and get a warm smooth sound from my violin
There's nothing better than a cold beer and the warm soothing sound of a violin.

Great video Juan! Still working on that too, especially with my thumb. Any advice about that?
I would like to add this to your advice: watch closely the back of your hand/wrist. We are looking for a flat and relaxed surface instead of a tense and higher position. You don't want to gain the "motorcycle hand" habit like I did after my hiatus :/

Neat how the lighting changes as you move the pencil.. LOL
But seriously, it just takes some time. Most people's hands/fingers just aren't used to the movements at first. I think you are on the right track and it will come.
