its the hopper! Im sure he watched an OT fiddler do that, or an Aly Bain special where one of the chicks does that. Although he seems to have perfected the over the top, jump the shark, turretts spasm version. just sayin.

@FM- we dont need to know you fiddle when you have to go potty real bad. TMI.

Actually, that guy is pretty good, albeit a bit unorthodox.  The guitarist is much too timid.  Thanks for the vid.  I enjoyed it.

I loved it. Foot stomping and all. Helps the dancers find the beat. And I love to dance. dancing

Music is your own experience, your own thoughts, your wisdom. If you don't live it, it won't come out of your horn. They teach you there's a boundary line to music. But, man, there's no boundary line to art. Charlie Parker

Maybe he is just a busy guy and is trying to do his fiddling and aerobic exercise at the same time.

I wonder whether the audience is also getting their exercise when he plays.

Probably they are just sitting and watching like most people when Jack LaLanne was on TV.

I was trying to guess whether he was going to slip off the edge of his chair and land on the floor.

Entertaining to listen to, but much more so when you can watch it at the same time.
