KindaScratchy Thanks for those links.  I have used the Old Time Jam Machine it is great.

Free Bluegrass Backing Tracks sounds interesting but I can't seem to get it to work.  Where/what is the player? As in If you would like a copy of any of the tracks hosted here, right-click the player and select "Save audio as..."

My computer says save as entire webpage

Thank you for the links @KindaScratchy ! :-)

It's easy to play any musical instrument: all you have to do is touch the right key at the right time and the instrument will play itself. Johann S.Bach

Go to the Tunes List, click on the radio button next to a tune, wait for it to load (might take a few seconds...you'll know that it's loaded when the chord progression chart appears), then hover your mouse over the player (see screenshot below) and right click. Select "Save Audio As..." and choose a location on your computer where you want to save the file. That's it.

You're welcome, @Schaick . I agree...those radio buttons do look like bullets. :)

BTW, I forgot to mention that you can also download .mp3 files for the slow jam tracks and the chord progressions, the latter of which can be helpful in practicing improvisation.

When the work's all done and the sun's settin' low,

I pull out my fiddle and I rosin up the bow.
