Does anyone here have experience with Heffler Klaus violins.  They are supposedly made in Germany and prices seem to start at $1500.00 and go up from there. I have never heard of this brand before and I am curious as to their workmanship, tone quality, and overall quality and performance.

There is some pictures and further info on them at the link below

Looks nice. I'll have to keep that in mind as a possibility when I am ready to upgrade.

But it's Cremona top luthiers! lol I'm pretty sure their crappiest violin is still sounding like an angel.

I am interested in knowing more about Heffler Klaus violins as well. I am considering buying the 600 model. All I could get was one inadequate sound sample on thomann website. Any reviews/opinion about these violins would be greatly appreciated.

Fiddlerman, have you ever played on one of those Heffler Klaus violins?

Thank you!

John

Very nice sounding instrument and well played.  Is that you playing the piano on "The Nearness of You"?  Whoever is playing that -- outstanding.

Oh it is my wee self on the piano, thanks guys! I'm a real amateur on the instruments...just a hobby, mostly I'm the cat next door.

I will get some good videos out! :D

Great job cobby174.

Keep up the great work. Would be better if you had the camera on the window side. :)

Thanks for the post.
