At first I thought, is there two Donalds, one in Denmark and one in Australia? Then I realized the one Donald is on a trip...
However this morning I was just marvelling at the coincidence (and I don't believe in them) that yesterday I was looking at Donald's pics and reading his posts, and today on a Canadian morning talk show, (Marilyn Dennis, and hey I am on holidays) they had the guy who wrote "the little Book of Hygge" on the show, and a designer touring Copenhagen showing Scandinavian design elements of certain places. So beautiful.
& an interesting story about how Danes have the highest use of candles (or maybe the second-highest) in the world! and how one family replaced their dining room light with a candle chandelier....kind of GoT'ish huh.
I was just looking for this thread yesterday before some work distracted me.
Any new updates on the Traveler? 🙂
I was born with nothing,
and to my surprise I still have most of it left!
@Helvetica Gammeldansk is a bitter that is about 80 proof alcohol, I believe. My two Danish uncles would drink a shot of It in their orange juice with breakfast. I think this is why they are so healthy and in their 80's.
I can't find it here in my liquor stores lately. Will have to visit Denmark again to bring some back.
I am sure it will improve my playing 😊.
