So I grew up playing basketball and played college basketball. But, I haven't watched the NBA in literally almost a decade. I decided to watch the last NBA Final game and after cringing for the first 2 quarters I had to turn it off when the third started. Why? Because the referring in the league is pathetic. I had no idea it was that bad. I guess it'll be another 10 years before I see another game.

LOL, I felt that way quite a few times myself Hman. Can't believe some of those defensive fouls called. IMO, lots of them should have been offensive fouls. They should allow the use of playback like they do in the NFL.
You haven't been watching so you've probably missed the technical fouls. Sometimes it's a big joke. IMAO
Still love seeing the skill and teamwork.

I don't even remember who was involved but in that last game what should have been a charge was called a flagrant foul by the defense which gave Miami the foul shots and the ball. The replay clearly showed it was just a hard, fast charge by the offense but yet the defense got screwed. I swear, I miss the good ol' days. I wasn't going for either team. I was cheering for the ref's. Clearly they did horribly…

Why post rating? I think it might offend some 
members if the rating lets say is low for their post. I personnaly like it neutral for a more diplomatic feeling.

If you read something that you enjoy you may want to rate it well so that others read it too. I kind of agree with you but lets use it more to rate 5 stars instead to bring more attention to it.
It's kind of like "liking" a post on facebook.

I don't know how much of the game you saw but James Harden is a specialist at that. He charges the defense almost every time knocking someone down and gets the foul shots. The guy is only 22 years old. Oklahoma is a real young team. I believe they will come back even stronger next season. 
Really happy that Miami won the finals. 
It was sad last year when we lost against the Maverick's

LOL I have an old friend from Merritt Island. He taught me how to drive during a school break by doing slaloms around palm trees in a shopping center there.
