I am challenging anyone who is interested to practice 35 days in a row, set goals, and notice the difference. The challenge sheet starts with 30 minutes working up to 60 minutes but feel free to reduce or increase the increments depending on what you are already used to. The important thing is to try to be disciplined and consistent. I propose that you start this coming Sunday.
Download this sheet, Fiddlermans 35 Day Practice Challenge, put it up in plain site (fridge door, bedroom, bathroom….etc.) where it can’t be missed, and see what you can accomplish.
On the right side of the sheet you have a space for setting goals. Fun to compare to later at the end of your 35 day period.
