Thomas is auditioning for the Maine All State Orcchestra in the next month and he is practicing Bachs Concerto but they want him to play Emile Saurets edition of it. And for the life of me, I cant find anyone who plays it. Can anyone help? We just want to hear someone play it even though I think we have it down pretty well.

Which Bach concerto? I'm guessing either the A minor or the E major? IMSLP has both of them. Here are the pages:

A minor: https://imslp.org/wiki/Violin_.....Sebastian)

E major: https://imslp.org/wiki/Violin_.....Sebastian)

For each of them, you can find the Sauret edition of the solo part under the "Parts" tab.

Oh, I just realized you were looking for a recording. Unfortunately I don't know of one... most recordings don't list the edition that the performers used, so it's likely some of them played the Sauret edition but it would be impossible to identify it. Most of the difference is bowings and fingerings, anyway, so I'm not sure it matters what recording you listen to.

@AndrewH It is the upbow staccatos that are different than other versions. i have sat and watched a dozen or more and cant find one although I found one a couple weeks ago but have since lost it. He has to do Saurets edition for the all state
