He's 10 now and just incredible! Even has his own YouTube Channel.
Mary in Springfield, Oregon http://www.thefiddleandbanjopr.....dpress.com

He is taken under the wings of the dutch violinist, Andre Rieu, his first teacher was Marzahn-Hellersdorf, but i don't know who his teachers are now. I believe Andre Rieu is taking good care of him and avoiding him being exposed too much because of his talent. Here's a little of his bio:http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Akim_camara
Here's another talented child that amazed me:
I think she probably started to play violin at age 5. She is also 11. She plays violin, piano, cello, sings, and dances and does them, i would say, equally well. The link is only one of her practices/play, at home.

Here are a few video clips of her playing violin, dancing, playing violin, and singing:
Dance:
Piano:
Violin:
Singing:
One thing about her is she could do both classical and pop songs
she is pretty famous in Taiwan, i believe; too much exposure and like the fiddlerman said, she could go either way. Her parents apparently is guiding her toward music profession. Hopefully the Taiwanese education system wouldn't hold her down too much and that she has room to bloom even more.
I think she might have been born in the US. She is the second person that I knew that is multitalented in several instruments (the other person is in her 60s and she is good at piano, Chinese zither and may be other chinese instrument, and she was (probably still is) the head of a music department as well as Chinese language department.
