Who really knows? Doesn't the Hindu bible have the oldest scriptures ever documented and they suggest aliens ;-) The Mayans and the Egyptians also suggest aliens. It's related to the violin. As a beginner violinist, I make quite a few alien sounds ;-)

My favorite theory about aliens goes like this:

Pirates in days of yore used to bury treasure on remote islands. When they first landed on these islands they released goats and pigs. Then later when they are passing by they have meat to eat.

Who is to say we are not a breed of food for some alien race who is now this very minute on their way here for a barbeque?

Some very dark thoughts there David. LOL

I guess having a wild imagination is part of playing the fiddle right?

I like to think it is a counter to the "Image of God" thing. Many civilizations get caught up in Image of God, then think if that is so, we are God like and can do no wrong....with the usual tragic wars, genocide, or inquisition. I am not bashing religion per se, just bashing flawed human logic.

Come on guys. We were obviously put here on earth to play the fiddle. It's not so complicated. cheers

Just so you know, some of us found a different set of four strings to play ... and funked the groove so hard the aliens decided to just dance, instead of having a barbecue. ;)

One wonders if the damage would have been as severe had the chicken not been tied to the barrel.
