What do you think my chances are of getting a tune out of it? In case you can't make it out, it has 2 strings (look like gut) and no bridge. laugh

Looks like the tail piece is loose too.  You should fix it up a bit and play it.

Definitely unplayable in present condition. Put some strings on it and a bridge, check for open seams and cracks and I think you got something there.

Back home now, so I'll soon be back playing my own fiddle (and flute, piano and sax)!
