@Tyberius: I ran a bit more effect on it than I intended (it rarely seems like too much when playing), but since I didn't mess up playing it *too* badly, I just posted it instead of trying for another take. LOL

Great job, thank you for this!
I was planning to record this too for yesterday, but what with my violin getting hurt, I was a bit reluctant to play, and also demoralised, and so I didn't learn it well enough for public consumption. But I did play it for my parents when they came by, so my goal of playing Auld Lang Syne on New Year's Eve was still reached.
