We (Malmo Symphony Orchestra) did regular school concerts in Sweden while I was there, as well as a few more orchestras that I played in.
They weren't exactly like this but very good for the young people.
Sometimes, they were very entertaining while still being educational.
You are right, it's ashamed we don't have more of these.
