I have already commented on Fiddlershop’s outstanding customer service. I now want to commend Eastman. I have one of their mandolas that I use for playing J.S. Bach. Recently one of the hooks on the tailpiece broke off. I contacted their customer service and they responded immediately with a replacement tailpiece under warranty. Good service deserves to be recognized.

i dont own one of their instruments but its good to hear their service is as good as the instruments.  The mandolins and guitars ive picked on play and sound great.
