Yes!! I got my snake! 
I dunno if I like the way this snake is eyeballin' the smiley. Is the smiley food or a date? If I was food I would NOT be smiling! Freaky smiley! lol
(P.S.- I am terrified of snakes in real life. This digital one, I will name him Snake Plisken.)

I feel ya. I got bit by a Rattlesnake in Pala Duro Canyon when I was 9 or 10. Didn't care for that too much. Then I found a copperhead in my kids bedroom a week after we moved in, when I lived in Oklahoma, then I had a 40ft, (ok, ok, it was probably like 8-10 ft) boa climb out of its cage and kiss me when I went and saw one of those travleing "freak shows" that passes through town every few years. So yea, I have my issues with snakes. And I do not care if it is, "just a little ole' __insert non-venomous snake name here_____, it won't hurt nobody. They eat mice and other pests." I dont care, E-VIL!!!!!!

I don't mind snakes that can't kill me... I think they are kind of cool. Hubby can barely look at them on tv. Too funny. True story.... I used to catch them when I was in middle school. Little cute ones... really little ones..and I would carry them around. My uncle Mac was camping with us and I kept this little snake that I caught in my poofy tube top...I know that sounds weird..but it wasn't ... I was a kid. Anyway... I walked up to him and he was sitting by the camper on a log drinking coffee and I pulled out my little 4-5 inch snake and he freaked out... spilled coffee everywhere...ran... this was my Uncle Mac, who owned a ranch... It was kind of funny. He didn't like me too much after that...but who knew???

Since this thread has somehow randomly turned to snakes, thought I'd contribute this photo. It's a garter snake in my garden. See how the snake gets wider halfway down? That's a toad that he had for dinner. (Yes, I have pictures of the toad before he disappeared into the snake but figured that was a little too graphic to post.) The snake eating the smiley reminded me of these photos.
When the work's all done and the sun's settin' low,
