Awww - TYVM @bob
Yeah - hit number 65 - apparently, in the UK, I am officially retired.....
Nahhhh - that means nothing to me....
We had a couple of nights away in a hotel in my home-town of Dornoch, old haunts visited, old ( very old ) memories returning... great stuff... !!! Lengthy walk along the huge open sands along the Dornoch Firth... happy days, happy days...
I didn't have the fiddle with me - but I did play today when we got back !!!!
Thanks for your kind thoughts, it's appreciated !

Happy happy Billy.. 65 is the new 45 (I hope so since I am only 5 years behind you).
65, retirement?, 66 1/2 for me. Or as I taunt my younger co-workers, 6 years, 2 months, 3 days...(not that I am counting).

Thank you, and aye, @JamesRSmithJr - in my last full-time employment (large company which shall remain nameless) I had a daily count-down above my desk - but I got so sickened with having to get more involved in politics than engineering, I walked, and just went self-employed. That was difficult to start with, but a LOT of fun, letting me do the things I really enjoyed.
And thanks Don @OldOgre - we did, it was a nice break. LOL @"work for free"....
