Yes, I have. I actually used it when referring to my daughter's new dog, when she got it. Like I told her, "Along with her gorgeous hair, she will loose her fiddle-footedness". She did.  

I also use it when someone cannot sit still, is going from room to room, doing this, doing that, driving me nuts. Some of those whom I have referenced it to, over the years, actually have heard it before. I have no idea where I heard it when I started using it. I think it just came naturally. Some things are like that. I see something a term would apply to, and i just know the term, or a term for it. Other times, I have no clue, which is the majority. It has been a while since I have used "fiddle-footed". Once in a while I did a change up for hands, arms and finger, "fiddle-fingered". Not sure if that is an actual term or adjective, but I just applied it when I noticed hands, arms and/or fingers acting fiddle-footed.
