World Fiddle Day is the Saturday before the anniversary of the death of Antonio Stradivari (May 19th). So this year that makes it May 17th, which is.. Today!

Happy World Fiddle Day, all!
I actually didn't play my fiddle day due to some neck pain but worked on a couple of new fiddle tunes on my mando so that I can transfer them to the fiddle when I'm able in a day or so.
Hope everyone is celebrating!
When the work's all done and the sun's settin' low,
I pull out my fiddle and I rosin up the bow.

No. I spent all day Thursday at an outdoor event with some heavy photo gear hanging around my neck. I think that's what did it. Unfortunately, it hurts most when I tilt my head to the left. It's starting to ease up now. I'll be fiddlin' again soon.
