I had to change my phone number. Funny thing, you don't know your new number until after you get it, heck, I did not know I had to change it until I found out what was happening, so there was no plan. 

You know how places now send you a text with a code to your number? Do I need to explain the issue further?

Well, just in case. They CANNOT text you because the number was changed. Nope. Could not access what I needed because it wanted to send a code via text. I could not get in to change the number. The security questions would not come up as an option. 

I called. The conversation went something like this:

Me: "Hi. I am "Mouse Trap" 😂. I had to change my phone number and now I cannot receive a text code to enter."

Person: You did not change your number first?

Me, while scratching my head: I did not know the new number until after I changes it, so how could I change it in my profile info before I knew what it would be?

After almost a week, I think everything is straightened out.
