I don't know how I did it, but I hurt my left hand while moving around some furnitures. Tried playing but something gets stuck in it and it hurts too much. So yeah... am a /sadpanda and this week video cannot be recorded. I guess I can still work on my bowing, better then doing nothing and I hope this ouchie will go away fast.

It will heal, but be careful. I posted a few months back how I got in a bike accident and dislocated my left hand and I had gigs lined up so I had to keep playing (have to pay my rent;-). I had to keep a bucket of ice on the stage next to me to numb my hand so it wouldn't hurt so bad. Hope you heal ok. I'm sure you will.

Good to hear that it sounds like it is getting better, NV.
It is probably good to rest it a lot until it feels better. Pushing it when you have an injury can make it take even longer to heal or can sometimes do lasting damage. A good time for listening to music to get your inspiration up, and maybe playing some of the games in the "Learning Tools" section.
Hope you are better soon.
