Every time I try to watch a posted YouTube lately, I get this screen. Clicking to play does not get me the video linked to the forum. It is really annoying. I have to keep trying to view it. It didn't used to be like this. I used to just click the video that was posted.

Short answer: No, I’m not having problem seeing YouTube videos on the Forum.
Longer answer: YouTube has clearly made recent changes—many people are having issues from viewing right on the site, to embedding, etc., without logging in.
Some things you could try--
YouTube (and other sites, like Facebook) will often block VPNs (many free ones, & some subscription ones), so if you’re using one of those, you may try turning it off, or try a different one.
You may try clearing your browser, or use a different one (like DuckDuckGo).
I’m using a DuckDuckGo browser to log into this site right now with no VPN, and I have no problem viewing a YouTube video here (the same one you screen captured above).
And,
I logged out, closed my browser (I have my browser set to clear history every time I close it), turned on my VPN (subscription service), opened my browser, logged in—and I was still able to view the YouTube video with no problem.
Characterize people by their actions and you will never be fooled by their words.
