Itzhak loves the viola...

Itzhak must get thousands of questions. I have watched most of his vids answering questions from fans and students. He is amazing.
Thanks for posting this!

I'm so surprised that someone with his ability to play, his obvious musical schedule and life would find the time and patience to answer so many seemingly dumb questions from beginners like us.1st-place

What a class act...whether you believe he can play well or not.cheers

Does anyone not think that he can play well, Dennis? LOL

Actually, I would venture to guess that there are some "snobs" in the violin playing world (of his ability) as there is in any ultimate player forum that criticize his ability or style or manners or whatever. Those individuals who feel their 'teachers' were the best, and their teachers were better at posture or bowing or fingering or more profound in their abilities to teach, or parted their hair on the correct side etc.

I... on the other hand, feel he is a God among peasants like me.cheers

giggle, my hunch was his agency put him up to it... and then he kinda got into it. i sure got into it (liked the FB, subscribed to the channel, bought the klezmer works on itunes etc.).

i watched every one twice and must admit i kinda, well.... pretended he was coaching me personally (oy veh, can you say Dream On?).

I don't think anyone put him up to it. He is a very sincere guy.

Have you ever met him in person Pierre?

He seems like he'd be a real 'hoot' with a drink or two and a casual jam session...cheers
