Anyone see "Quartet" (2017)?
This is the latest series I've been watching that's related to strings/music.
It's a 10-episode series on Netflix, about 2 Japanese violinists, a violist & a cellist - they all decide to form a quartet & share a house in Karuizawa, but each musician has secrets, some tie to other members. It's interesting how playing their instruments & music relate/effect their lives.
I've only watched 7 episodes, so 3 more to go - nice mix of surprise, sad, funny, interesting.

I did finish this series - interesting/surprising right up to the end!
Best part, I've fallen in love with some new music & become acquainted with a new singer/song-writer, Ringo Sheena!

She wrote & sings this "Otona No Okite" -
it's the theme song played at the end of every episode.
"Otona No Okite" sheet music for string quartet. Being I'm so foreign language illiterate, I had to be a little creative to find some play-along sheet music!
...love the different rhythms - more apparent in the vocal!

I really did enjoy the "My Demon" series story line AND the music (especially the theme) on Netflix. I'd love to spoil the ending for anyone who hasn't seen it - heartwarmingly lovely... that's all I'll say. I mentioned the music "True" in my blog, so here's the notation again.
New seasons of my favorites always renew my interest in the music - some are not on Netflix.
"House of The Dragon" is in it's 2nd season on Cinemax. The 'Game of Thrones' melody NEVER gets old to me, it's played at the begining & it's hinted at throughout the other haunting music in this series. Quite a few Cello covers & some violin (mostly piano) have been made for some of them - haven't decided what I like best.

Paramount Plus has the 4th (final) season of "Evil" (link to info) running now. Besides a GREAT cello theme, the series is a marvelously rich combination of humor, supernatural twists, and some serious themes - following a trio (with very different backgrounds) investigating 'abnormal' incidents. Back in season 1 they had an episode about a Xmas tune being an earworm that's spread among students (good thing older folks aren't so susceptable to those frequencies 😄), but it brings up the potential danger of influencers. Robert & Michelle King talk about creating the episode in this video.
