I'm late on my week 5 video so I think I will simply skip it and go one progression per month since the first month is over. My kid suffers from asthma and yesterday I had to bring him to the hospital so an inhalotherapist can take care of him and make him breath! It took many treatment and cortison pills to make his lungs open up and he'll have to take more of those pills plus max dosage of daily cortison inhalation for a week. So ya, I'm not in the mood for making video until I hear him breath without that E string whistling! Even my practice suffers from the stress I'm feeling concerning my kid's health.

I wish you and your son all the luck in the world. My son was born with asthma, I can't tell you how many night's the wife and I layed awake listening to him breath. Was like every breath he took we swore it was his last. He spent alot of time in the hospital.

Thank you for your wishes Fiddlestix, I hope I have time for practice tonight because so far I'm hunting every dust particle in the appartment, changing bedsheet etc. Not much I can do against pollen though, maybe I'll have to buy a humidifier, it was suggested.

My best wishes for your boy, NV. I have asthma too, but only mild. I have had it bad before.

NV, you don't need to put more moisture in the air, you need to purify it (take out the dust) high humidity isn't good for asthma. I know several people who suffer bad when the humidity is high.

I'm thinking NV should receive some sort of AWARD for being the fastest member to reach 1000 posts in such a short time.  She's only been here a little over four weeks and already pushin toward 500 post's.   hats_offto you, NV.  cheerleader

I hope your son feels much better very soon, NV. I also know what it is like to have a seriously ill child. It is so hard to watch our children suffer.
