It's so ugly, it's cute! But then, who are we to judge? Human babies are kind of red and squishy when they enter the world, too.
How about naming it Redwing? Of course, that would really confuse people if it has green feathers when it grows up.

It's not ugly! Look at that cute round head with curved beak it's adorable! Can even see some feathers already growing. I agree human babies are monkey butt ugly at birth! I think human babies look nice after a week only lol.
