I think Terry is taking his time to come up with a meaningful and a quality post that would make him a "Pro Advisor". He is on 999 now.

P.S. Initially I omitted Kevin's Name. After making this post, I was updating HeadCheese's progress and there I saw Kevin's status and before I could edit this post Kevin had his comments posted. My apologies Kevin. It was not a deliberate error. I know you are as kind-hearted as the rest of our members.

Hi guys, had a weird couple of days, done my back in on Friday, that's what being 50 does for you Fiddlerman!
Fred reckons I came second in a fight with a bottle if milk. Was actually third, coz the fridge stepped into the fray too.
Received my slipper-rest from Fred (ftufc) what a great piece of kit! If anyone is thinking about a new shoulder-rest, go for it. After 5 mins into my lesson yesterday I forgot I was wearing it , just like an Playtex 18hour girdle (oops showing my age again).
I was planning to visit my local violin shops to drum up some interest/sales in the slipper but my back couldn't handle getting in and out of the car.
And for those expecting my 1000 post to be something deep and meaningful, my apologies, but as the other 999 have generally been the useless drivel of a ranting Limey, I thought "why change now!" lol.
Except to say, you guys on this site are the best Internet bunch of buddies I have met, and I have a feeling we are all sharing a long and happy journey together and I sincerely hope to meet many of you in person one day. An international Fiddlerman fiddlecamp would be brilliant! and as its 6pm I'm off to bed.
I am amazed at how old people of my age are.....

What is the "gain new permissions" and "No More Math" about? I have no idea what this is...

one, your posts are not questioned by the spam monitor, no more having to drag scissors to the circle or do the math problem if you post by cell phone as I sometimes do. Oh, and you have FM permission to stay out later if youre with friends and cant make curfew! ha ha!

Thanks for the great explanation Robert,I couldn't have said it better myself.
As I read this last post of yours I see that you have 1013 posts and it's rare that I don't get a kick out of reading them. Thanks for your great participation here and I am super interested in having that Fiddlerman International Festival.
You may be the only one to make the trip over to the states from foreign soil with your private jet but you'll make it international and that will add a lot to everything. Im pretty sure you mean Terry cause I live in Fl, Rob.
Congratulations
