I never paid much attention to this, but I seem to have reactions to specific music, not particular genres, although some genres - just am not into.

Some of you have probably noticed this in my replies to their videos. If I get really into a piece, I cannot help but picture something in my mind that it is triggering. I know ABitRusty has noticed it. So many of his videos do this, dancing through a field of flowers, skipping, etc. It just happens, so when I reply, I state what went through my mind while listening. 

The most recent was Thomas's video that was just posted. For some reason, while i was listening to it, I was picturing a chase scene in an old black and white silent cartoon! It was a compliment. Theoughout the entire piece I saw black and white line drawing cartoons engaged in chase scenes. I have watched the video more than once. Every time, that is what I picture, different old black and white simple drawing cartoon chase scenes. 

What I am finding is that this makes watching them very interactive. 

Now, if I am watching a video of a genre I just cannot get in to, I do not picture anything. I cannot be interactive, But, I do not ALWAYS get interactive with the ones I like, it just happens, just never when I am not into it that form of music. So, if I have commented and have not said anything about picturing anything, it does NOT mean I did not like it, it just did not happen. 😁
