That'd be pretty cool to watch. I've been trying to learn Canon rock too (simplified version) it's taking me a while. Maybe a tutorial would be good too! cheerleader

I think so too! I prefer the classic version but I don't mind the rock version. :D

OK,

Tell me more about Canon Rock. You want "Pachalbel Canon" in a rock style and with my Zeta fiddle? Is there a particular version that you guys are referring to? I don't have a loop pedal though. Would need to get that unless I record several tracks.

Could you convert Jerry C's canon rock to the violin? This one:

A few people have already tried converting it but it's pretty hard because it was transposed for the guitar not the violin. Or maybe you could transpose your own violin version thumbs-up

I may do my own version. I'm not that satisfied with the drums on the Zoom G-2.

Maybe I'll have to invest on some more fun equipment. The other problem is "TIME", I never seem to have enough. dunno

Apparently my comment is the top rated one on this video.. I didn't even know that. Wow xD

I found music for it, but it's hard to read off of Youtube. :(

And here's the backtrack:

Canon in C is my most fav song ever. I had never heard of Jerry C before. After watching that video though, I have a tiny bit of a crush on Jerry C. surprisedembarassed

I requested this some time ago, but hopefully this gets off the ground :) The hard part is where the 16th notes are used :(

Reading the music and playing with the back up is a piece of cake for me. I just need to figure out what effects to use (that is always tough for me) and if I really want to play with that back up audio. I kind of don't want to do something that others have already done. I feel that it would be more interesting if it was unique.
