Seriously cool!   Any info on materials, electronics, etc?  And is it a production model or a one-of-a-kind?

I found it.  Natural wood, Barbera Twin Hybrid transducer system, and about a 3k$ price tag. LOL

Ha, you beat me to the punch! LOL  Yeah, $3000 is a bit much, especially since we don't know how it plays!  ........but I still want one!!!  It's only $200 bucks more than my stage bass guitar! .....now, how to tell my wife about this one? dazedfacepalm

@ Fifi- When I first saw this, the first person I thought of was Noir, also.  I think she is gonna flip over this.

Not my style...pretty wicked looking, but a little too over the top for me.  Ten years ago, yes, It would have been mine, but I think I lean more towards traditional now.  I am gettign older I think, lol.

*squeals in glee*

This is the most awesome fiddle I ever seen! OMG! and ouch 3k but eh it's art here, if it's hand made then it's normal paying that much for the artist/luthier. No wonder it's out of stock lol. Thanks for sharing this!

Fifi La Fume, I was thinking the same thing and, yep, NV was excited about it......

It's less expensive than my Zeta. Maybe I can sell my Zeta for $3000 and get this fiddle. smile

EJKiszenia, no worries, just get it on credit. LOL

Wow.  I think someone should definitely get it and play it in a Halloween group project.

Hmmm, pay off my car early or buy this fiddle?  Really tough call....

That WOULD be kinda creepy! LOL  I had a bass w/ active pick-ups and a bad ground "play" on me one night!  I guess the battery was dying and causing the pick-ups to do all kinds of weird things!  Ironically enough, It had a skull on it as well! LOL

Yes, definitely not a piece for a church gig!

I don't know.. The trad scroll could sort of fit in a Camille Saint Saens "Danse Macabre" sort of way.  But for a less trad scroll, how about a skeletal hand curled into a fist or perhaps into an almost closed beckoning gesture?  It would probably cost more, though. LOL

Great idea DanielB, that would be perfect.
