Just noticed the amount of spam lately, was wondering why they keep picking this site. If it was me I definately wouldnt pick a violin site to hammer every day it seems pointless. At one time in the distant past I was on a political debate forum, and they were being plagued with the same thing, their soluton in the end was quite drastic, they stopped all new members for several weeks and the spammers gave up.

@stringy They go through streaks here, too, not sure why, I have been dealing with this all week. Banning, deleting, etc. I am up until late at night doing it. In the morning, the first thing I do is log in. This will pass. Just don't go to the posts.
They are just trying to get people to click the links, so do NOT click the links or ven open the posts.

They are bots working on algorithms, and don't care where they go. Getting in anywhere is better than not getting in somewhere irrelevant.
