I can't get that to play, but I know what you're talking about on the bad violin acting. My husband and I watched that movie just a few weeks ago.
It's a fun movie, but you'd think they'd have done a little research on proper technique to make it more realistic. What am I saying? It's a movie about leprechauns, for heaven's sake...why should it be realistic??
Nonetheless, it's like when you see someone in a movie playing a flute or a piccolo or a fife with both hands on the same side of the instrument. Ugh.
