Haha - my son doesn't play fiddle but he LOVES him some good rosin. My "nice" rosin was lost for a while. I just found it the other day. He got all excited and had to have a sniff. He is very olfactory-oriented.

@coolpinkone Toni! I have Skype but have never used it. If you want to talk me through it some time, I'd love to play with you! None of my real life friends are into music so the only local person I have to talk with is my instructor and she's not real good at chit chat about it because you know, to her it's "work".

@Georganne - sounds like a plan. (skype.. just down load on your computer...) If you can do Street Jelly, most likely your current set up will work.
That being said.. I haven't skyped that much... but it's fun. Sometimes it is hard to hear and play together.. but its fun to share with each other and get used to the camera.

Yes I know, your excuse is that they are for sale and some belong to customers... I used to tell myself that too when I acquired another instrument... "Oh I can make a profit on this one, I'm not going to keep it"... yeah right!
