It was the E string that broke, not the hair. But he did it himself by going too far with the frog on his up-bow.

I meant the first video, the girl's bowhair all broke off from the tip as if the tip that holds the hair in place came off. I think the video didn't came up but you could watch it by copying the link to a new window.

That wa pretty funny. She looked at the bow and all the hair hanging there like WTF... really? during my performance, and not at practice? really....facepalmdunno
