LOL, I started to play when I was 12. I became the concert master of the all county honors orchestra in Palm Beach County's string festival when I was 13.

well i would have to ask my mom when i started to play but i stopped for a while and am now thirteen and re-taking intrest in the violin.

I have young daughter who plays the violin and seh started really young around three or four. I myself have played for about therteen years now though.

i started playing the violin when i was 8. i was in orchestra till 9th grade then stopped for about two years because i had to take more academic classes, but started up again and it's been just about a year since then

Started last August at the age of 41. Played flute in band all through school, so the ability to read music is coming back, which is a huge advantage, IMO. Working my way through Suzuki Book 1 with an online teacher.
