My wife loves this song and I was hoping to be able to learn the tune for her.  Anyone out there have the sheet music or melody transcribed I could use?  Appreciate it...

Aloha @kylesito,

I did a quick Google for the sheet music and came up with one for Violin 1 and 2, viola, cello, and piano. Pretty cool!  Maybe we can do this as an official @Fiddlerman project for next year.  Imagine your wife's surprise were that to actually happen!  Anyway, here is the sheet music.    You can listen to it here.

I'm cool with it. After Christmas though. I can transpose the viola and cello parts for violins as well. Piece of cake!

Who volunteers to contact Hillsong United for permission?

I'd be willing to volunteer to reach out and see what comes of it.  What kind of permission am I looking for? Obviously we aren't 'selling' recordings of this so is it just to reprint it and distribute it?

I went to YouTube to search and hear this song.  It is indeed a lovely song. Thanks for Sharing.  I had never heard it before.

We need permission to use the sheet music and to perform the piece. When was it written, who owns the copyrights?
Normally I write my own arrangements of public domain works.

I guess one can start by asking here:

https://www.facebook.com/hillsongunited

Might get some information from them if nothing else.
