I got it down to 3.6 kb ( I'm not exactly sure how) but that seems like the best I can do.

@Fiddlerman: is there anything that can be done about this? it's got some not too bad blues violin.  

The best thing you can do on this site is either post it on an audio sharing site and embed it here, or make a video of it using pictures, upload it to Youtube and post the link here, which will embed it automatically.
