The Violin was an important instrument in Moravian Music during the Baroque era!

Found an interesting documentary from "Early Music Seattle" - not only Baroque Music from Moravia, but a more in depth look at the roll of each of the musicians and their instruments.

...my Grandmother had a 'Moravian Star' light fixture similar to this, hanging in her foyer - left me with an everlasting love for the interplay between glass and light on surfaces.
